Try the Demos
Nine interactive walkthroughs built into FoundersOS. Watch your AI drive the tools through realistic scenarios, then take the wheel yourself. Everything is cleaned up at the end.
Last updated June 3, 2026
You’ve set things up and you know how it works. Now see it move. FoundersOS ships with interactive demos - guided walkthroughs your AI runs live against your own database. No slides, no videos. Real tool calls, real data, realistic scenarios.
How to start one
Just ask:
“Show me the available demos.”
“Run the welcome demo.”
“Walk me through the CRM tools.”
Your AI calls the list_demos tool, shows you what’s on the menu, and runs whichever one you pick. Most demos start with your AI driving so you can watch, then hand you the wheel partway through.
Is this safe to run on my real data?
Yes. Every demo creates its own clearly-marked temporary records, works only with those, and deletes them all at the end. Your actual customers, tasks, and transactions are never touched. If a demo gets interrupted, just ask your AI to clean up the demo data - it knows how.
What’s available
Welcome
| Demo | What you’ll see |
|---|---|
| Welcome to Founders OS | Your first look. A typical morning: checking in, capturing a new lead, creating a follow-up, and storing a note for later. Watch the first half, drive the second. Start here. |
Domain demos
Each of these goes deep on one area of FoundersOS.
| Demo | What you’ll see |
|---|---|
| CRM Walkthrough | A promising company reaches out and you get them into your pipeline fast - searching before adding, building the contact record, logging interactions, creating linked follow-ups, and advancing the pipeline phase. Pairs with CRM Tools. |
| Financial Tools | The complete bookkeeping workflow with a fictional freelance consultant: accounts, categories, income and expenses, client attribution, transfers, and a P&L report. Pairs with Financial Tools. |
| Playbooks - Sales Process | Define a reusable sales playbook once, then run it against a customer to instantly create a full set of linked, due-date-aware tasks. Pairs with Playbooks. |
| RSS Feeds | Subscribe to feeds, browse headlines, save an article, and set up a morning briefing - all without leaving your AI. Pairs with RSS Feed Reader. |
| Run My Week | The big one. A founder’s compressed week from Monday check-in to Friday retro, with CRM, tasks, finance, feeds, playbooks, and memory working together as one connected system. |
Functional demos
These show off how FoundersOS behaves, rather than a single tool area.
| Demo | What you’ll see |
|---|---|
| Conflict Resolution | What happens when FoundersOS isn’t sure what you meant. Instead of silently guessing or failing with a cryptic error, it pauses and asks you a structured question before anything changes. |
| Memory | The shared knowledge base that persists across sessions - storing decisions and context, recalling them by meaning rather than keywords, and catching near-duplicates. Pairs with Memory Tools. |
| Tag Registry | The shared vocabulary that keeps tasks and customers organized - catching typos, suggesting conventions, and keeping things consistent when tags change. Pairs with Tags. |
A suggested path
If you’re brand new, run Welcome to Founders OS first - it’s short and gives you the feel of the whole thing. Then pick the domain demo closest to your most pressing need. When you have twenty minutes, run Run My Week to see everything click together.
Where demos live
Demos are bundled with the MCP server itself, so they’re always in sync with the version you’re running. Update FoundersOS and the demos update with it - see Staying Up to Date.
